What you will do
- Execute project assignments including data structuring, analysis, and benchmarking.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops for client transformation projects.
- Develop process maps and functional specifications.
- Contribute to internal knowledge creation, publications, and seminars.
- Support team operations and take on increasing responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
- 0 to 3 years of experience as a consultant.
- Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Must have existing work authorization for Belgium.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German.
