What you will do

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products to the highest standards.
• Provide timely on-site support through extensive travel across the Benelux region and occasionally Europe.
• Lead advanced fault-finding and ensure technical issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical partner.
• Mentor team members and deliver technical training to customers.
• Document service activities and manage workflows using internal systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electronics discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing field service role.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Benelux with frequent overnight stays.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Computer literacy and ability to interpret technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and Dutch.
