What you will do

• Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a highly organized and professional office environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor office supply and pantry costs against the budget.
• Handle financial administration, including creating POs and tracking general expenses.
• Coordinate international travel and manage complex cross-timezone meeting schedules.
• Own the local employee experience, including seamless onboarding and executing off-boarding processes.
• Plan and execute office happy hours and team-building events in accordance with the HR plan.
