What you will do

• Own the global onboarding program end-to-end, including pre-boarding, first-day experiences, and 30/60/90-day frameworks.
• Partner with People Operations and IT to streamline operational steps like system access and compliance documentation globally.
• Collaborate with team leads to create specialized onboarding guides that complement the company-wide program.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome tasks and wiki documentation.
• Analyze new joiner feedback to improve early engagement and productivity metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning onboarding programs at fast-growing companies with global or multi-regional workforces.
• Strong operational instincts with a focus on building scalable processes.
• High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple joiner cohorts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and empathy to ensure a positive emotional and professional onboarding experience.
