What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A in accordance with US GAAP.
• Participate in the month-end close process, including general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external audit firms for quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
• Assist in testing internal control processes and systems to ensure SOX compliance.
• Support special projects including financing, system implementations, and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• 4+ years of experience in public company financial statement preparation or audit.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and accounting software.
• Excellent written English skills for financial reporting.
