Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 USD annual base

What you will do

• Manage financial health and serve as the main point of contact for one or several legal entities.
• Prepare and review complex general ledger transactions and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A to provide commentary on P&L Actual to Forecast variances.
• Support internal and external audit processes and manage indirect tax compliance and returns.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and assist in improving financial systems like Fusion/Oracle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance with strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• CPA preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
