Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas, United States. Access to export-controlled information requires meeting applicable U.S. Government eligibility requirements, such as being a U.S. person or being eligible for the required authorization.
Salary: $98,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do
- Own the monthly and quarterly debt accounting close process, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
- Record debt-related cash receipts and payments, accrue and track debt issuance costs, and verify postings against bank remittances.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between general ledger, sub-ledger, and cash accounts.
- Prepare quarterly debt rollforward schedules and draft financial statement footnote disclosures.
- Document debt-related SOX controls, prepare testing evidence, and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare journal entries related to derivatives and hedging programs while collaborating with Treasury, Technical Accounting, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of general accounting experience; debt, treasury, or corporate accounting experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP for debt accounting, including interest accruals, issuance cost amortization, and rollforward schedules.
- Strong reconciliation, account analysis, research, and discrepancy-resolution skills.
- Experience with SOX control documentation and testing, as well as collaboration with auditors and cross-functional accounting teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas and meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP.
- Experience in a high-growth or pre-IPO/post-IPO environment.
