What you will do

• Lead client engagements from planning through completion, including executing financial audits and managing budgets.
• Identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process to improve financial reporting.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, providing performance assessments.
• Research and analyze financial statements and regulatory developments.
• Act as the in-charge auditor to ensure the highest degree of professional standards and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• CPA license or currently pursuing CPA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing.
• Strong technical proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS.
• Must be able to work in Wichita, KS to meet hybrid attendance requirements.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as needed.
