What you will do

• Lead on-site onboarding and guide managers through probation evaluations.
• Own career development plans, leadership programs, and annual performance/salary review cycles.
• Manage absence processes, workplace risk assessments, and local benefits strategy.
• Conduct payroll reviews and report tax-relevant events in coordination with the HR Hub.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, exit interviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including headcount planning and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

• Professional experience as an HR Manager, People & Culture Manager, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of German labour law and HR best practices.
• Fluent in English and good proficiency in German.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Hamburg.
• Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., HiBob) and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
