What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison with works councils, unions, and employee representatives.
- Lead collective agreement negotiations, annual consultations, and implementation activities.
- Develop and execute labour relations strategy in partnership with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Lead restructuring and M&A consultation activities.
- Contribute to European-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Employment Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in Labour Relations or Labour Law.
- Experience in unionized and complex environments.
- Ability to work in transformation and fast-paced environments.
- Professional English and German language skills required.
- Proficiency with HR tools and standard office software.
