What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering and Product functions to drive sustainable growth and development.
  • Coach and influence the management team to increase leadership capacity.
  • Collaborate with other People functions to enhance the overall employment experience.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of supported teams and the People Business Partner function.
  • Develop and implement people-related solutions to meet critical business needs.
  • Drive excellence in talent support, motivation, retention, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in People Business Partner roles within Germany or the European region.
  • Proven track record of supporting functions during high-growth scaling phases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing people programs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and KPIs, with an interest in AI technologies.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience managing projects and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
