What you will do
- Partner with Engineering and Product functions to drive sustainable growth and development.
- Coach and influence the management team to increase leadership capacity.
- Collaborate with other People functions to enhance the overall employment experience.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of supported teams and the People Business Partner function.
- Develop and implement people-related solutions to meet critical business needs.
- Drive excellence in talent support, motivation, retention, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in People Business Partner roles within Germany or the European region.
- Proven track record of supporting functions during high-growth scaling phases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing people programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and KPIs, with an interest in AI technologies.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience managing projects and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
