Senior People Partner, Technology & Product (AI)

What you will do

• Redesign R&D organization structures, team topology, and ways of working for an AI-accelerated environment.
• Translate AI-driven changes into decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition.
• Rebuild performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, and talent systems for engineering and product teams.
• Identify future capabilities and align talent planning with emerging business needs.
• Help leaders make better decisions in ambiguity while building effective and sustainable teams.
• Use data and judgment to improve organizational and people decisions.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams.
• Experience contributing to meaningful organizational transformation.
• Ability to redesign core HR systems when existing processes do not fit.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work.
• Comfort working proactively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
