HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Advise managers and teams across the full HR lifecycle, from hiring through departure.
• Partner with business leaders to develop, challenge, and deliver organizational strategies.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support in a complex international organization.
• Participate in global HR projects across business areas and international sites.
• Build trusted relationships and provide pragmatic, business-focused HR solutions.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, international organization.
• Broad knowledge of core HR processes and hands-on experience in performance management, learning and development, and talent management.
• Solid understanding of Danish employment law, including the Funktionærloven / Salaried Employees Act.
• Experience with change management is welcome.
• Fluency in English and Danish is required.
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, adaptability, and business-focused advisory skills.
