What you will do

• Lead key analytics initiatives end-to-end, translating complex insights into actionable business decisions.
• Design and build data models and transformations within the analytics engineering layer.
• Develop the data warehouse by integrating new sources and ensuring scalable, consistent metrics.
• Create customer-facing data products, including embedded dashboards and AI-based self-service tools.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track KPIs and prioritize high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong quantitative background.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with product and business event tracking and analyzing product flows.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics products or LLM applications.
• English: Fluent (C1) level required.

Nice to have

• Experience building customer-facing data products (embedded analytics or data APIs).
• Professional experience in fintech domains, specifically payments and PSPs.
• Proficiency in German.
