An energy tech scaleup building a virtual power plant to transition millions of households to renewable energies.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable production-grade data models and analytics foundations across 7 international markets.
• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics, reusable semantic models, and scalable data products.
• Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to optimize insight generation and analytics workflows.
• Improve the analytics platform using robust modeling, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Experience building production data models using SQL and transformation tools such as dbt, Dataform, or SQLMesh.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and BI tools, ideally Looker.
• Ability to translate complex business questions into scalable analytics solutions.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data science or machine learning applications in a business context.
• Experience with product analytics, event tracking, funnel analysis, or experimentation.
• Experience in fast-growing operational businesses such as logistics, marketplaces, or field services.
