What you will do

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of recipient mobile phones and field assets.
• Organize warehouse layout and enforce strict security and access-control protocols.
• Maintain and update the inventory database using internal tools.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock takes to prevent stockouts or losses.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and condition assessments for equipment.
• Support field office setup and ensure functionality of office infrastructure like internet and power.

Requirements

• Must be based in Zomba, Malawi
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Diploma or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency with office software including Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency required
