What you will do

• Manage daily inventory operations, including cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Serve as the WMS Super User, providing system support, troubleshooting, and configuration optimization.
• Ensure full compliance with GDP, QMS, and ISO standards for Life Sciences and Healthcare products.
• Analyze warehouse layouts and storage profiles to improve picking, putaway, and replenishment strategies.
• Prepare inventory reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses for management and customers.
• Lead and mentor inventory management teams while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Deep understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for managing customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in Singapore.
