What you will do

- Guide potential leads via email and website chat to facilitate the initial onboarding and sales process.
- Inspect provided information and draft detailed reports for clients.
- Draft and manage legal language for agreements based on specific customer requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse companies across various industries and sizes.
- Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs.
- Analytical thinking, high organization, and strong attention to detail.
