What you will do

• Partner with HR Operations, HRIS, and Payroll to identify complex requirements and propose robust Workday solutions.
• Lead project management for major system upgrades, impact analyses, and strategic roadmap planning.
• Champion IT standards and innovative initiatives, including the integration of AI to promote organizational best practices.
• Manage end-to-end solution design, implementation, and product lifecycle for global business units.
• Act as the guardian of Workday security frameworks, ensuring role-based security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive IT/HRIS experience with deep domain knowledge of Workday.
• Master’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic (EMEA).
• English: C1+ proficiency (Excellent written and verbal communication).
• Advanced proficiency in HCM Core, Absence & Time Off, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Performance modules.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum project management environments.
