What you will do
- Collaborate on project planning, organization, and governance setup
- Conduct workshops to identify and specify recruitment requirements
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting processes including job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Monitor configuration progress and execute testing scenarios
- Support deployment, user assistance, training sessions, and change management
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruiting workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in Workday Recruiting projects including implementation, support, or enhancements
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday Recruiting module
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and business processes
- Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English

- Familiarity with integrations such as job boards, career sites, and third-party vendors
- Workday Recruiting certification
- Additional languages
