TL;DR

Location: Kosice, Slovakia. Remote working is only available within Slovakia.

What you will do

• Configure and implement SAP modules (HCM, SF, FI/CO, Logistic), providing functional expertise and customization.
• Translate complex business needs into SAP ERP configurations, reports, and technical specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, mapping business requirements, and developing product modifications.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide continuous project status feedback to ensure expectations are met.
• Develop ABAP query reports and collaborate with ABAP developers on system components.

Requirements

• Expertise in S/4HANA and proficiency in ABAP debugging.
• Strong proficiency in specific SAP modules, customizing, and report generation.
• Experience gathering functional/technical requirements from clients and participating in rollouts.
• English and German language skills at minimum B2 level (required for all modules except HCM).
• Deep understanding of IT architecture, business processes, and organizational implications.
• Must be based in or able to work within Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of SAP Implementation ASAP Methodology.
• Experience with Report Writer and Report Painter.
• Cross-functional experience in data processing and configuration set-up.
