Salary: $76,000 – $114,000

What you will do

• Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Absence Management for global leave plans, including FTO, Sick, and Parental leave.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective eligibility rules and approval workflows.
• Lead UAT, SIT, and regression testing for quarterly releases, upgrades, and new feature enablement.
• Monitor and support absence data integrations with downstream systems such as Dayshape and Snowflake.
• Provide Tier 1 functional support and serve as an escalation point for complex absence-related issues.
• Lead workstreams for global HRIS initiatives, including M&A onboarding and system harmonization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HRIS or leave of absence experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Absence Management.
• Experience supporting leave programs across multiple states, countries, or regions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and testing cycles.
• Must be located in or be able to work from one of the approved US office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Dayshape, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), or Power Platform.
• Exposure to M&A integrations and global HRIS transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
