What you will do

• Implement software releases, patches, and upgrades for financial systems, including design and testing.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance for multi-state payrolls.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of payroll technology in collaboration with IT, HR, and Compensation.
• Draft detailed requirements documents and develop comprehensive test scripts.
• Configure payroll software functionality directly within Workday.
• Manage the migration of payroll data from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting payroll systems, HRIS platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, UKG, and ADP Smart Compliance.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of supporting system upgrades, patching, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
