What you will do

• Develop and optimize the loans pricing strategy across multiple brands, including Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and MBNA.
• Lead front-book margin planning and individual customer pricing utilizing advanced analytics and pricing models.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Credit Risk, Finance, and Treasury to develop and secure pricing approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility of front-book profitability, covering funding costs and expected loss rates.
• Create pricing and profitability forecasts regarding lending, balance sheet growth, and market share.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or credit risk within financial services.
• Proficiency with data and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience building and interpreting analytical models for pricing, forecasting, or profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybrid (at least 40% of time in office).

• Experience in unsecured lending, personal loans, or retail banking.
• Knowledge of pricing governance, fair value, and responsible lending regulations.
• Experience with agentic AI or cloud-native tools like Google Cloud Platform.
