Location: Hybrid in Manchester (3 days office, 2 days home). Fully office-based for the first 3 months.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain reporting on key collections metrics, including repayment and recovery rates and team performance.
• Review and improve collections management to balance recovery performance with fair customer outcomes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and shape process improvements to increase department effectiveness.
• Manage data integrity and act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA rules and company policies regarding customer treatment.

Requirements

• Experience in a data, analytics, or strategy role within the financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end collections processes and debt recovery mechanics.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and interpreting datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data trends into clear, compelling reports for stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
