What you will do

• Act as an integrator between AI strategy and technical delivery, ensuring alignment across AI initiatives.
• Deploy and integrate Gemini Enterprise and agentic workflows on Google Vertex AI, including advanced coding assistants.
• Serve as a signal “truth-filter” for engineering teams and provide timely, accurate visibility to IT leadership.
• Lead product-style prioritization to avoid hype-driven development and focus on meaningful corporate objectives.
• Facilitate customer discovery and requirements gathering to maintain a unified view of project health and prevent bottlenecks.
• Champion an AI Center of Excellence by translating engineering input into maximum business impact.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management or IT software delivery in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Some experience working with Generative AI and agentic AI solutions (e.g., Claude, M365 Copilot).
• Ability to connect with business stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions effectively.
• Experience operating as a product owner managing priorities and preventing speculative feature creep.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience in a senior technical or strategic role bridging business operations and IT teams.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• Deep expertise in process optimization methodologies and negotiation.
• Extensive experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions (e.g., Claude, M365 Copilot).
• Working knowledge of hirify.global culture, processes, and departments.
