What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scoping and conversation design to production launch and iteration.
• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise executives to shape AI strategies and define measurable business success.
• Partner with customer teams daily to troubleshoot agents and ensure builds remain on track for launch.
• Influence the product roadmap by feeding unmet customer needs back to the research and platform teams.
• Design and launch specialized agents for high-stakes industries, such as subscription-retention for telecom or regulated flows for financial services.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM agents in production, with hands-on use of RAG, prompt engineering, and eval frameworks.
• Background as a founder, founding team member, or operator with a balance of craft and speed.
• Technical aptitude to engage with API documentation, data models, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, and/or an MBA.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial technology or familiarity with financial services security and compliance (PII, fair lending).
