What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered multimedia experiences across Bing, Edge, Windows, and Copilot.
• Drive end-to-end product development from rapid prototyping (0→1) through launch and scaled adoption (1→N).
• Translate advances in AI and machine learning into intuitive, high-quality customer-facing product experiences.
• Design and lead rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing and flighting, to guide product decisions.
• Analyze product telemetry and user behavior using data tools to improve engagement, quality, and retention.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and research teams to deliver differentiated multimodal search.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
• Proven track record of building and launching innovative products from concept to scale.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and experience translating them into product features.
• Analytical proficiency with tools such as SQL, KQL, Python, and experimentation platforms.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across complex dependencies.
• Must be located in or able to work from Redmond, Washington
