What you will do

• Lead the zero-to-one development of dedicated manufacturing solutions and specialized workflows.
• Identify winning use cases and translate them into compelling product and sales narratives.
• Manage early-stage enterprise deals, map buying committees, and identify target accounts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate manufacturing operational realities into the product roadmap.
• Represent the company externally at industry events and within analyst and consultancy ecosystems.
• Build and scale the vertical's team and operational rhythm.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in manufacturing operations and top-tier consulting.
• 3–4 years of experience at the Engagement Manager or Associate Partner level.
• Direct experience as a manufacturing operator in project/program management, engineering, or operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both plant-floor operators and C-level executives.
• Proven track record of independently owning relationships with VPs and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on ability to prototype solutions directly within hirify.global using hirify.global Flows.
• Experience in enterprise sales execution, from initial conversation to contract signature.
• Established credibility and presence within the manufacturing consultancy and analyst ecosystem.
