What you will do

• Oversee the quality of work delivered in Credit Hire (Litigation & Pre-Litigation).
• Ensure technical frameworks and processes effectively mitigate risk and deliver value.
• Manage a team of Technical Supervisors and Leads to achieve overall quality objectives.
• Conduct trend analysis on performance KPIs and professional indemnity spend to reduce errors.
• Collaborate with Technical Directors and Growth/Sales teams on bids and client communication.
• Develop and deliver technical training and professional development programs across the team.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Over 5 years of experience in claims handling, specifically within credit hire litigation.
• Proven track record of leadership in a Team Leader or Supervisor role.
• Financial Authority of at least £100k.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
