What you will do

• Provide supervision, training, and technical support to the team.
• Handle a reduced caseload of MOD NIHL matters.
• Ensure compliance with client benchmarks and SRA Code of Conduct.
• Identify and implement learning activities for team development.
• Resolve client complaints effectively and swiftly.
• Complete projects to improve operating practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor.
• Experience in file handling of disease claims.
• Technical sign-off on litigated NIHL matters (£150K FA / 250K HA).
• Proficiency in all stages of the litigation process for disease claims.
• Experience with Case/Claims Management systems.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
