What you will do

• Manage and support a team of Pre Litigated Motor claims handlers to ensure target achievement.
• Review and allocate new claims based on value and complexity while approving client offers.
• Identify team training needs and implement solutions to meet performance requirements.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings to maximize staff performance and acknowledge achievements.
• Handle a personal caseload of approximately 50 complex motor claims.
• Assist the Client Service Team with sector analysis and statistical reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool
• Strong technical knowledge of Motor claims processes and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain business relationships.
• Solid understanding of client protocols and commercial awareness of the insurance industry.
