What you will do

• Oversee the full scope of customer engagements, including engagement scoping, internal team management, and service delivery.
• Partner with sales during the pre-sales process to handle RFP responses and SOW generation.
• Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and provide strategic performance updates to senior management.
• Manage team performance, utilization, and career development for direct reports.
• Collaborate with Resource Management and Customer Success Managers to ensure long-term client success.
• Identify new opportunities to expand hirify.global solutions and services footprint within client accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• 7+ years of professional experience at a Cyber Security, SaaS, or Software consulting company.
• 3+ years of project management experience and 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management.
• Extensive experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software.
