Compensation: $109,100–$136,400 USD base salary

What you will do

• Own and maintain the IT & Business Systems team's portfolio roadmap, including sequencing and capacity management.
• Orchestrate large-scale programs by coordinating internal leads, external implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end AI-supported intake process, ensuring efficient triage and clear communication with requesters.
• Drive risk management, decision-making, and resolution of project slippage across multiple workstreams.
• Build and implement lightweight, repeatable delivery frameworks for requirements, success metrics, and review cadences.
• Communicate delivery status, launch updates, and roadmap progress across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7-10 years of delivery management experience within IT and business systems at B2B SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven experience leading at least one major enterprise platform migration (ERP, CRM, or billing) from end to end.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Demonstrated ability to manage broad portfolios through ruthless prioritization and clean operating rhythms.
