What you will do

• Own and manage Professional Services delivery execution for an assigned sales region.
• Coordinate project delivery using a shared resource model across delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of complex delivery challenges through structure, clarity, and cross-functional alignment.
• Track and report on KPIs related to delivery effectiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support pre-sales, deployment planning, and customer onboarding.
• Promote a culture of accountability and knowledge sharing within the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical or Professional Services engagements.
• Proven experience working within a matrixed, shared resource environment.
• Strong execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority to resolve delivery challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for direct customer interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business preferred.
