Salary: $140,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and grow a team of consultants helping customers operationalize the Falcon platform, including Identity, Cloud, and Next-Gen SIEM.
• Collaborate with professional services leadership to enhance organization efficiencies and create world-class, customer-focused services.
• Manage and mentor team members to expand their skill sets and maximize performance.
• Lead internal initiatives to optimize delivery techniques and security postures utilizing AI and other technologies.
• Interface with customers for pre-sales scoping, presenting solutions, and managing all phases of project delivery.
• Partner with global sales and marketing teams to develop services communications and close new opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the security industry within professional services or a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and strong understanding of employee management concepts.
• Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering.
• Proven track record of managing technical deployments and running projects from kickoff to closure.
• Experience translating customer requirements and experiences into feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SIEM best practices, log analysis, data onboarding, and search queries.
• Experience with log management solutions such as Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
• Knowledge of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Familiarity with identity management solutions.
• Automation experience building scripts in Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
