What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Professional Services consultants.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements across APAC.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams for seamless customer experiences.
• Define and refine delivery frameworks, processes, and templates to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–12+ years experience in consulting, Professional Services, project leadership, or enterprise software delivery.
• 5+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Experience delivering or overseeing implementations of ERP, financial systems, reporting tools, or BI platforms.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance models.
