Senior Designer (UI/UX)

What you will do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, guidelines, and standards.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical design solutions.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior designers and help build a mature design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, and Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Experience working in client-facing environments or professional services.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working within Agile product teams.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of technical concepts including GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud-based solutions (AWS).
• Experience designing micro-interactions and animations.
