Senior UX Designer

What you will do

• Plan and lead UX discovery and delivery, aligning research and design activities with engagement goals and timelines.
• Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiry, and competitive landscape analysis to uncover user goals and pain points.
• Create personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the overall product direction.
• Produce high-fidelity UI concepts and prototypes with detailed specifications for engineering teams.
• Validate design concepts through usability testing and translate findings into iterative refinements.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to internal UX playbooks and design standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX design or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in research, interaction design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of human-centered design and usability best practices.
• Must be based in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with research tools such as Dovetail or User Testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree.
