What you will do

• Take ownership of specific P&L areas within monthly management accounts for UK Opex.
• Prepare, review, and challenge accruals and prepayments with robust documentation.
• Deliver insightful monthly Opex reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues promptly.
• Partner with the FP&A team to support monthly reforecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and control.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA preferred).
• Strong technical accounting foundation with experience in management accounting and month-end close.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Confident communication skills for engaging with non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
