What you will do

• Own the monthly forecast-to-actual cycle, comparing Actuals vs. Forecast vs. Budget across revenue, margin, and OpEx.
• Analyze variances and translate numerical data into clear narratives for leadership and the CFO.
• Manage the consolidated rolling forecast by collecting and integrating inputs from Delivery, Sales, R&D, and Operations using Abacum.
• Act as a finance business partner for the Operations team to identify gross margin improvement and efficiency opportunities.
• Provide financial input on pricing and margin implications for proposed deals and delivery solutions.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to stress-test growth, margin, and hiring assumptions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Proven experience in variance analysis and consolidating multi-stakeholder rolling forecasts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for building reporting packages.
• Experience with planning tools such as Abacum, Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or Cube.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
