What you will do

• Own and manage monthly results and closing for all non-US hirify.global Group entities.
• Prepare entity-level financial reporting and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and group accounting policies.
• Manage, coach, and develop staff and senior accountants.
• Partner with Tax and Statutory Compliance on transfer pricing and intercompany loan processes.
• Lead automation efforts using Sage Intacct and AI to reduce manual workloads.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP (Required)
• Active CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA license in good standing (Required)
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software (Required)
• Proven people management experience (Required)
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills and effective cross-cultural communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or PE-backed environment.
• Proficiency with Floqast close management software.
• M&A and post-transaction integration experience.
