What you will do

• Own statutory financial statements and ensure compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Manage lender reporting and ensure adherence to all debt covenants.
• Consolidate group financial results monthly and assist in period close processes.
• Partner with Tax to ensure group transfer pricing policy compliance.
• Set and enforce intercompany accounting policies in line with US GAAP.
• Support group audits and assist in M&A integration activities.

Requirements

• Active CPA or ACCA license in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
• Proven experience with global statutory reporting and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Effective cross-cultural communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology or software company.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct accounting software.
