What you will do

• Prepare monthly management accounts and management reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve decision-making.
• Analyze project profitability and performance.
• Report on cash flow and working capital.
• Improve financial processes and controls while working alongside the Finance Director.

Requirements

• Management accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a project-led, engineering, construction, contracting, manufacturing, utilities, or similar environment.
• Part-qualified, newly qualified, qualified, or QBE accounting background.
