What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech positions up to mid-level management.
- Partner with hiring managers to define business objectives and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Conduct screenings, assess cultural fit, and maintain high assessment standards via ATS scorecards.
- Negotiate remuneration packages, extend offers, and coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and present data-driven proposals to stakeholders for process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global talent acquisition team.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top non-tech talent across multiple geographies.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong data analysis skills for tracking results and recruitment effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
