What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the APAC Strategic Growth team, consisting of Managers and Directors.
• Partner with senior customer executives to define commerce media strategies, operating models, and go-to-market priorities.
• Drive advertising revenue growth for retailers and marketplaces by identifying and executing high-impact growth levers.
• Represent the voice of APAC customers to influence product strategy, regional investments, and GTM execution.
• Lead strategic engagements, executive meetings, and business reviews for key APAC partnerships.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading high-performing customer-facing teams with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Background in strategy consulting, ad tech, retail, commerce media, or enterprise technology.
• Deep understanding of digital performance advertising and marketplace monetization.
• Strong analytical rigor to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.
• Must be based in Seoul.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
