What you will do

• Validate and assess Group Protection claims against policy terms and conditions.
• Gather and request medical evidence for new and existing claims.
• Calculate claim benefits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage and progress claim requirements with internal teams and external customers.
• Build strong relationships with intermediaries and employer clients to support positive outcomes.
• Investigate claims thoroughly to determine eligibility and ensure fair decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or administration, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Ability to take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
