Location: Home Based / Fully remote, but must be able to travel to cover caseloads in the North East of England

What you will do

  • Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and brokers to progress claims.
  • Investigate allocated claims both in the field and from the desk.
  • Compile evidence and prepare preliminary reports detailing legal liability and quantum.
  • Negotiate settlements and determine appropriate actions for case resolution within authority limits.
  • Maintain accurate reserves through regular review of case files.
  • Participate in company-facilitated training programmes to stay updated on technical changes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Casualty Adjuster or investigator.
  • Must be located in or able to travel extensively across the North East of England.
  • Ability to demonstrate the skills needed to develop professional knowledge in liability loss adjusting.
  • Strong professional correspondence and negotiation skills.
