TL;DR
Technical Service Delivery Manager (ITIL/Delivery): Managing business relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery with an accent on SLA monitoring, operational automation, and resource optimization. What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and operational teams to align interests and priorities.
- Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) via monthly reports and steering committees.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate resolution efforts for critical incidents and manage operational risks.
- Manage change requests and medium-sized projects, including cost estimation and P&L management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to validate service offers and support pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Service Delivery Manager.
- Fluent English, Dutch, and French (both verbal and written) are required.
- ITIL v4 certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Application Management and Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Strong commercial skills, including consultative selling and proposal writing.
