Senior Project Manager - Business Operations (AI)

Location: Ghent, Belgium; full-time hybrid

What you will do

• Lead business-critical projects from scoping through go-live across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Engineering, Commercial Systems, Data Analytics, and Marketing Operations.
• Gather requirements, manage scope and timelines, track risks, and report decisions and progress to leadership.
• Coordinate CRM configuration, business process, and internal tool changes with Commercial Systems and Engineering.
• Run structured testing and UAT cycles, then coordinate rollout communications, training materials, and sales enablement.
• Mentor junior team members and improve project planning and delivery practices.
• Lead AI-related initiatives that automate internal business operations and improve project workflows.

Requirements

• Substantial project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with project management methods and tools for planning work, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and connected business processes; Salesforce experience is welcome but not required.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and the ability to collaborate across teams without direct reporting lines.
• Interest in using AI tools for research, documentation, automation, testing, presentations, or project workflows.
• Ability to operate autonomously and structure ambiguous work independently.
